Bakuchiol — What It Does and Who Should Use It

What is Bakuchiol?

Bakuchiol is a natural compound derived from the seeds of the Psoralea corylifolia plant. It is often referred to as a natural alternative to retinol (although not nearly as well researched as retinol) due to its potential to provide similar benefits without the potential side effects associated with retinol use.

What does it do?

Bakuchiol is thought to offer multiple benefits. It can improve skin firmness and treat fine lines whilst it also has antioxidant benefits to prevent from free radical damage.
